Our Services Cover

1

Replacement of FCMA/HFSR Modules with New Units

Over time, FCMA (Flux Compensated Magnetic Amplifier) or HFSR (Harmonic Free Series Reactor) modules can degrade due to thermal stress, aging insulation, or environmental exposure. We supply and install new modules built to match or exceed original specifications, ensuring optimal motor starting characteristics and energy efficiency. All replacements are tailored to site-specific load conditions and panel layouts.

2

Addition of DYCO Units for Further Starting Current Reduction

To meet stricter starting current limitations or address motor/load upgrades, we retrofit DYCO (Dynamic Compensation) units in existing soft starter systems. These modules enhance the impedance during motor start, providing smoother acceleration, reduced mechanical stress, and better voltage stability across the system. Integration is done with minimal panel modification and is fully compatible with most reactor-based starter designs.

3

Upgrading Timer-Based Logic to PLC-Based Control

Many older soft starters rely on electromechanical timers and basic relay logic, which limit control flexibility and diagnostic capability. We upgrade these systems to modern PLC-based control, enabling precise sequencing, enhanced protection coordination, and adaptability to changing operational needs. In addition, we integrate intelligent digital protection relays that offer real-time monitoring, event logging, fault diagnostics, and advanced motor protection features if the system demands it. These PLC and relays not only improve system reliability but also support communication with SCADA or HMI systems for centralized monitoring and control, resulting in a smarter and more responsive motor control solution.
