Mukund Kulkarni (B.Tech, MSU Baroda, 1985) has 30 years of experience in the field of motor starting, and is widely considered an expert in FCMA/HFSR soft starter technology. He is the Managing Director of the company, having 28 years in the field of motor starting, having overseen major turnkey projects. Mr. Kulkarni has deep expertise in reactor design and application engineering and is a well renowned name among Private Industries and State Governments alike. A dynamic thought leader, Mr. Kulkarni is also passionate about giving back to community, and is a regular member of the ISCKON Akshaya Patra Foundation drives.

Rekha Kulkarni

Vice President and Director

Rekha Kulkarni (BSc. University of Mumbai, 1990) is Vice President and Director, having previous experience in Banking, before joining Lecon full-time in 2000. Since then, she is the backbone of finance and administration, ensuring customers receives products on time, and also oversees vendor relations. She is a yoga-enthusiast, and runs a successful platform to sell handicrafts prepared by adults with developmental disabilities to corporates.
