Detuned reactors are series-connected inductive components used in Power Factor Correction (PFC) systems to safeguard capacitors from harmonic resonance. They create a low-pass filter with the capacitor bank, shifting the resonance frequency below major harmonic orders—typically the 5th harmonic in a 50 Hz system.

We offer detuned series reactors with detuning levels of 0.2%, 0.5%, 1%, and 6%, allowing precise harmonic management based on system requirements. These reactors are available with either copper or aluminum windings, based on cost and performance considerations
