Impedance Measurement

Short Time Temperature Rise Test

We conduct a short rise temperature test (current injection test) to ensure our coils can withstand the temperature rise associated with the operation of soft starter motors. It is crucial for coils to withstand the rise in temperature associated with a sudden rise in temperature. We inject DC current to ensure that coils can withstand the starting current for twice the amount of acceleration time that the coils are designed for.

Vacuum Pressure Impregnation

Our VPI technology stands out among competitors by providing superior mechanical strength and electrical insulating properties to Soft Starter and Series Reactor coils It ensures that each turn, layer, and interstice is thoroughly impregnated with resin. This unique feature guarantees exceptional rigidity and insulation integrity, resulting in longer-lasting soft starters compared to those of our competitors.

3-D Modelling Capability: Solidworks
